TECHNICAL NOTES:

Observing raw materials test composition and behaviour during production.

 

*The homogenizator and variable continuous horizontal humidificator is not necessary in some cases following some special raw materials used of product formulations for example wheat flour in high porcentage on formulation 60-80%, avoiding raw material blocking on equipment when it is mixed with water.

 

* Regarding Continuous Rotary Cooler (with ventilator) with special spray system for liquid sugar application, this system is specific avoiding the final product glues each other because high concentration of hot bath of inverted liquid sugar apllyed in two different steps during all production of Breakfast Cereals.
